While we don't provide sewerage services, we bill and collect charges for used water and surface water drainage on behalf of Anglian Water, so that you only receive a single bill covering all your water services.

How your charges are worked out:
The water charge is a fixed charge, no matter how much water you use. To work this out, we multiply the unmetered water charge (a cost per £ of rateable value) by your property's rateable value (for example 275).
The sewerage charge is a fixed charge, no matter how much goes down the drain. To work this out, we multiply the unmetered sewerage charge (a cost per £ of rateable value) by your property's rateable value (for example 275).
You'll need to visit the Anglian Water website to find the cost per £ of rateable value.
Anglian Water makes a charge for collecting the rainwater that runs from properties into the sewer. It is called surface water drainage and it's based on the rateable value of the property.
