As we all continue to adjust to the ‘new normal’, I’m pleased to say that our essential services have remained unaffected and we continue to be focused and committed to the delivery of high-quality water, and supporting you and our communities as much as we can.
This past year hasn’t been without its challenges; with more people staying at home, we’ve seen a rise in demand for water, but I would like to say ‘thank you’ to all of you who have supported our ongoing appeal to use water wisely.
I want to reassure you that we will continue to supply your essential service, whilst offering support if you’re struggling financially, as well as keeping you and our teams safe.
