September 2018 submission
In September 2018, we submitted our business plan for the period of 2020 to 2025 to the regulator, Ofwat. As a regulated water company, this is something we do every five years.This plan represents the things you have told us are important to you. It focuses on the following outcomes, which are the promises we have made on the services you want us to deliver.
