My bills and payments

Great news, we are upgrading our billing system, the technology we use to manage our customers’ accounts. The upgrade will provide new features to help us offer better service such as more flexible payment options, improved meter reading services and more personalised communication options.

The upgrade begins on 27 January and the new system will go live on 6 February. During this time, we will be unable to update your billing account or offer telephone, online and MyAccount billing services. Should you wish to, you can still make bill payments using ‘pay now’.

We will continue to service all emergency and water supply queries as usual. Billing and customer self-service activities will resume from 6 February, when we expect to be extremely busy. Thank you for your patience.
