  • Update to supply interruption in Cambridge - affected areas CB24, PE27 and PE28

Thank you for your patience this morning while we resolved a major burst water main. Water supplies have now been restored for all customers.

As service returns to normal, you may notice a temporary change in the appearance of your water. If it looks milky or white, this is caused by harmless air bubbles. Although it may not look appealing, it is safe to use.

To help release any trapped air, we recommend running your tap while gently opening and closing your internal stop tap a few times.
