Burst Main On Queen Edith's Way In Cambridge
Major repairs are required on Queen Edith’s Way following the recent burst, with assessments ongoing to ensure the road structure is stable. Resurfacing will take place once it is safe to proceed.
There may be times when we are not visibly working on site, due to the need for settlement monitoring and to make arrangements for material to be delivered. Our team will routinely monitor the site to ensure it remains safe and secure.
The road is expected to fully reopen by Wednesday 24 June 2026.
We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
