    We’re aware of a burst main on the High Street at the junction of Nine Chimneys Lane, Balsham, Cambridge, which is causing low pressure or no water for customers located in CB21.

    We’re on our way to investigate and aim to restore all supplies as quickly as possible.

We recently fixed…

  • Possible supply interruption in the Cambourne CB23 area.

    We're aware of an issue in Cambourne, which is causing low pressure or no water for customers located in the CB23 area. This hs now been rectifed and your water supply should be back to normal. 

    As your supply returns, you may notice that you water looks different than usual. This is perfectly normal and your water will be safe to drink. Running your cold kitchen tap will help to clear it. For more information, please refer to our discoloured water advice video.

  • Burst main on WEST AVENUE, PE26 1..AREA

    A burst main on WEST AVENUE, RAMSEY, PE26 1..AREA, which was causing low pressure or no water for customers, has been repaired. 

    All supplies should now be back to normal.

  • Burst main on Pound Hill, CB3. Causing Low pressure and No water.

    We’re aware of a burst main outside the Punter Pub, Pound Hill, CB3 0AE , which is causing low pressure or no water for customers located in the CB3 area. This has now been repaired. 

    All supplies should now be back to normal.

  • Possible supply interruption in Cambourne, Caxton, Bourn, Highfields and Caldecote, CB23 area.

    We can confirm the Cambourne Booster, which was causing Low pressure or No water has now been restored.

    All of the customers affected by this should now have their supply returned, you may notice that you water looks different than usual. This is perfectly normal and your water will be safe to drink. Running your cold kitchen tap will help to clear it.
