We're inviting you to share your views

promotional banner for your water your say We're asking household customers, business customers, and stakeholders to give feedback on our five-year business plan proposals.

Our business plan sets out the investments we're planning for the five-year period from 2025 to 2030, to deliver improved services at an affordable price for customers. These improvements include additional resources to help restore the environment and increasing our network resilience to climate change. The investments in this plan also provide the foundations for us to deliver our long-term ambitions up to 2050.

We have already received feedback from over 47,500 customers and are now hosting a public consultation meeting called 'Your water, your say'. The meeting will be held online on Wednesday 14 June, from 4pm to 6pm, and will be hosted by an Independent Chair, appointed by the water regulator Ofwat and CCW - the water watchdog. Members of our executive team will deliver a short presentation of our business plan proposals and will be available to answer questions.

“We want to hear from our customers, communities and stakeholders, so that we can present our proposals for the future and hear their feedback. It’s really important to us that our business plan is based on the feedback from our customers, so that we ensure we are delivering the right level of service and improvements. We’re holding the meeting online, and there will also be face-to face sessions at a later date, for anyone who can’t attend online.”

- Caroline Cooper, director of strategy and regulations at South Staffs Water
