We have published our annual report to tell you how we've performed during 2018/19.

This year, we are pleased to report that we:

• Achieved our leakage targets in both our South Staffs and Cambridge regions.
• Reduced the level of complaints in our South Staffs region to their lowest ever level.
• Demonstrated resilience duringthe prolonged, hot, dry, summer and have continued to make improvements on interruptions to supply .
• We installed nitrate treatment at Fowlmere, reducing the risk of future  water quality failures.
• We attained the ICS Service mark accreditation. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our teams for their commitment and hard work during 2018/19. There have been challenges, including extremes of weather, but we have performed well. None of what we have achieved would have been possible without everyone across the business playing their part every day in all weathers and sometimes difficult circumstances."
