Help & Advice

Why is my water pressure low?

Water pressure is a measure of the force which pushes water through our mains and into your property.

Pressure is measured in a unit called ‘bars’, with one bar forcing water to a height of 10 metres. As part of our customer promise, we aim to ensure that your water pressure is no less than our target of one bar at the boundary of your property.
