The quickest and easiest way to send us your meter reading is online using My Account.

My Account is the new online billing service from Cambridge Water.

With My Account you can access your water account at a time and place that suits you. We’ll also be able to offer you personalised information, advice and ways to save money on your water account.

To register for My Account simply go to the Register page and type in your eight digit reference number from the top of your new look bill

Meter readings are automatically taken using a remote reading device on a six monthly basis. Please note it is only necessary to submit a meter reading if you are a metered customer who is moving house or if you have received a bill based on an estimated meter reading and would like to be re-billed to an actual read.
