Education services

Free education services

We offer an outreach service to schools where we will visit your school to support water topics within Key Stage 2 of the National Curriculum.

Water efficiency assemblies

If you’re a teacher, you can book a free water efficiency assembly for your school.

A member of our education team will visit your school to talk about how we use water and why we need to use water wisely.

Assemblies last 20-30 minutes and can be tailored to key stage 2.

They can be followed by a water saving action planning session to address the issue of reducing water waste.

Water efficiency workshops

Workshops can be for a morning, or afternoon and are free to all schools within the Cambridge Water area of supply.

These are group-based sessions, where we offer fun and interactive activities for the children aimed at developing their knowledge of the wonderful world of water.

We will come out to your school free of charge, to make it as easy as possible for teaching staff and so that students are relaxed in their own environment to embrace the learning experience.

We aim to develop students environmental awareness, whilst gaining an understanding of water as a precious resource.

Contact our Education Community Outreach Co-ordinator to book your assembly.
