Before you click on the following link to the BillPay website, please ensure that you know your Cambridge Water customer reference number. This can be found on the top left-hand corner of your bill.
If your reference number is less than 12 digits, please insert zeros at the beginning.
During the BillPay registration process you will need to enter this reference number so that your payments will be associated with your Cambridge Water account.
Pay your water bill using your own online banking
You can pay your water bill online using your own bank's internet banking facilities.
To do this you will need your account number (which is on your bill) and Cambridge Water's bank account number and sort code as follows:
