Important information about Santander BillPay
Before you click on the following link to the BillPay website, please ensure that you know your Cambridge Water account number. This can be found at the top of your bill.
You need your 6 or 11 digit account reference number, which can be found at the top of your bill
During the Santander BillPay registration process you will need to enter this number so that your payments will be associated with your Cambridge Water account.

Pay your water bill using your own online banking
You can pay your water bill online using your own bank's internet banking facilities.
To do this, you will need your account reference number (which can be found at the top of your bill, and should be entered into the reference section of your online billing service) and Cambridge Water's bank account number and sort code as follows:
