Register for My Account

My Account is the new online billing service from Cambridge Water.

With My Account you can access your water account at a time and place that suits you. We’ll also be able to offer you personalised information, advice and ways to save money on your water account.

Other benefits of My Account include:

  • Pay and view your bills
  • View your payment plan
  • Amend your details

To register for My Account simply go to the Register page and type in your eight digit reference number from the top of your new look bill.

Santander BillPay

We are still offering Santender BillPay service. 

Before you click on the following link to the BillPay website, please ensure that you know your Cambridge Water account  number. This can be found at the top of your bill.

You need your 8 digit customer reference number, which can be found at the top of your bill

During the Santander BillPay registration process you will need to enter this number so that your payments will be associated with your Cambridge Water account.

Pay your water bill using your own online banking

You can pay your water bill online using your own bank's internet banking facilities.

To do this, you will need your customer reference number (which can be found at the top of your bill, and should be entered into the reference section of your online billing service) and our bank account number and sort code as follows:

South Staffs Water is a trading name of the registered company which also trades as Cambridge Water. Payment can take up to three working days.
