Company structure
The Company is made up of three sections:
1. Operations: This section manages
the running, maintenance and on-going development of our network
of pipes, pumping stations and storage facilities.
2. Commercial: This section provides
our customer services functions (assisting customers by phone
in our Contact Centre, producing bills and collecting outstanding
customer revenues through our Collections function) and administers
the other products and services we provide to our customers.
3. Resources: This section provides support
to both Engineering and Customer Services, including the
functions
of Finance, HR, IT and Purchasing / Logistics.
