Methods of payment

by Direct Debit

You can pay by Direct Debit once every 6 months or by monthly instalments.

On-line

Pay your bill on-line

You can pay your bills on-line through our link with Girobank.

by post

Make your cheque or postal order payable to 'Cambridge Water PLC' and  write your customer number on the back and 'Account payee' on the front.  Tear off the payment slip and send it with your payment (NOT CASH)  to:

If you need a receipt, please ask us for one, and enclose the whole bill with payment.

by bank giro

Fill in the Bank Giro Credit slip on your bill, and take it with your payment to any bank. Banks may charge for this service.

by Girobank

If you have a Giro account, fill in the Transcash slip on your bill, tear it off and send it to Girobank, Bootle, Merseyside GIR 0AA.

at banks

You can pay in monthly (or more frequent) instalments by payment books. Please ask us for details.

at the post office

Our new payment card makes it easy for you to pay in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. All that you need to do is contact us and we will send you a card and payment plan.

You will not be charged a fee for this service.

Problems paying

If you have problems paying this bill on time, contact us now to prevent recovery action and the possibility of legal action, which will incur interest charges and fees. We have a number of trained advisors who can help.

If you are in receipt of certain benefits we may be able to arrange to have your payments deducted direct from your benefit. We have a number of trained advisors who can help.
